Position: Denials Coordinator

Compensation: $21 – $33 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Denials Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic and dedicated team as a Denials Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in improving collections and reducing open balances. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about insurance collections and denials, with a chance to work closely with a supportive team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Target insurance denials to enhance collections
• Handle inpatient notices and authorizations
• Assist with first and second level appeals
• Identify trends to prevent future denials
• Prepare appeals under Denials Manager guidance
• Defend and appeal claims efficiently
• Submit requests for accurate coding of denials
• Collaborate with Denials Analyst and Underpayments Coordinator

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum two years in insurance follow-up or denials
• Experience in professional coding preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance collections

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Clinical denials experience preferred
• Epic experience is a plus
• CPC certification strongly encouraged
