Position: Desktop Specialist

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll deploy and support desktop applications, providing essential technical assistance to users from all levels. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deploy desktop application software efficiently
• Provide technical assistance to end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop system issues
• Support employee lifecycle processes
• Manage printer administration and service calls
• Conduct periodic inventories of IT resources
• Engage in IT-related projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum four years of professional IT experience
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Android, iOS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Additional IT certifications
• Experience with printer administration
