Position: Asset and Construction Manager

Compensation: $ 90,000 – $ 100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Asset and Construction Manager to join their team!

As an Asset and Construction Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of strategic oversight and optimization of the company’s physical assets and capital investments. This role offers the chance to lead capital planning and project execution across multiple sites, ensuring assets are well-maintained and aligned with organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead capital planning and asset strategy for all communities
• Conduct annual community reviews to identify capital needs
• Oversee capital expenditures for construction and development projects
• Schedule and complete site visits for facility assessments
• Provide comprehensive reports on facility conditions and capital needs
• Manage capital projects, ensuring budget and quality standards are met
• Oversee IT functions to align technology strategy with asset planning
• Supervise and support asset managers and related roles

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, asset management, or related field preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in asset management or construction oversight
• Experience managing large-scale capital budgets and complex projects
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and facilities operations
• Advanced financial acumen in budgeting and capital analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Multi-site leadership experience
• Proficiency with asset management systems and capital tracking tools
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and external partners
