Position: Sr. Business Analyst

Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team that is at the forefront of driving technology and process improvements across the enterprise. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll serve as a key liaison between business units and Corporate Technology, translating business needs into technology solutions that enhance internal processes and operational efficiency. This role offers broad exposure to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and analyze business processes for organizational improvements.
• Lead software application development to support business needs.
• Perform vendor research for technology selection and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Drive technology and process improvements throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Five or more years of relevant business area experience.
• Experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical knowledge and project management skills.
• Proficient written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities.

• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and business requirements.
