Position: Project Scheduler

Compensation: $60 – 70 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Midland, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Scheduler to join their team!

Join a dynamic organization where you will play a crucial role in managing project schedules and ensuring timely delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop master schedules, and collaborate with a dedicated team. The position is open due to expansion, offering you the chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain master project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Assist in preparation of Project Controls reports
• Analyze project schedules based on earned value forecasts
• Support resolution of planning and scheduling issues
• Communicate project schedule issues promptly
• Create ad-hoc reports from MS Office and Excel
• Ensure alignment with project cost analysts
• Travel to field locations as required, less than 20% of time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, engineering, or project management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
• Experience in operating standard PC-based programs
