Position: Software Team Lead
Compensation: $145,000 to 170,000
Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
- Develop web-based components aligned with system architecture
- Ensure solutions meet user needs and requirements
- Assist in analysis, design, development, and implementation of new system components
- Contribute to testing process through review and analysis
- Learn new technology concepts swiftly and comprehensively
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience designing solution architectures
- Proficiency in .NET framework development
- Significant full-stack developer experience
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, MVVM Design Framework
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the software industry
- Experience developing public-facing, high availability applications
- Light travel flexibility
