Position: Software Team Lead

Compensation: $145,000 to 170,000

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Team Lead to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
• Develop web-based components aligned with system architecture
• Ensure solutions meet user needs and requirements
• Assist in analysis, design, development, and implementation of new system components
• Contribute to testing process through review and analysis
• Learn new technology concepts swiftly and comprehensively

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience designing solution architectures
• Proficiency in .NET framework development
• Significant full-stack developer experience
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, MVVM Design Framework
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the software industry
• Experience developing public-facing, high availability applications
• Light travel flexibility
