Compensation: $100,000-$125,000
Location: Boulder, CO
Position: Senior Project Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software/IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
- Manage cross-functional teams and align IT, Engineering, Product, and Operations
- Own project planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and provide updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of technical project management experience
- Active PMP certification required
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Background in software product environments
- Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
