Compensation: $100,000-$125,000

Location: Boulder, CO

Position: Senior Project Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software/IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
• Manage cross-functional teams and align IT, Engineering, Product, and Operations
• Own project planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and provide updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of technical project management experience
• Active PMP certification required
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Background in software product environments
• Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
