Position: End User Support

Compensation: $20 – $28 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled End User Support Technician to join their team!

Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, ensuring seamless operations for employee-owners and contingent workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide technical assistance with strong emphasis on customer support
• Image, configure, and install computer systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and technical incidents
• Resolve tickets and provide timely resolutions
• Support customers seeking technical assistance in person or remotely
• Perform inventory and track device assignments
• Assist with new hire desk setups and office moves
• Partner with IT Service Owners for complex issue resolution
• Provide tier-1 AV hardware troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Self-starter attitude

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Knowledge of AV hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
