Position: Tax Exempt Specialist

Compensation: $ 43,000 – 48,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tax Exempt Specialist to join their team!

As a Tax Exempt Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the success and growth of the company. This opportunity offers a chance to work closely with tax-exempt customers and ensure accurate data entry into the tax-exempt portal. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist tax-exempt customers via phone and e-mail
• Make decisions on customer tax-exempt documentation
• Data entry
• Answer phones and emails 
• Collaborate with the Sales Tax Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with state-specific tax rules

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Ability to type more than 50 net words per minute

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in tax compliance or related fields
• Familiarity with tax-exempt processes and documentation
