Position: IT Support Specialist
Compensation: $22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple store locations. As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll tackle technical challenges, providing first and second-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. If you’re ready to expand your horizons and be part of a forward-thinking team, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze escalated work orders using support tools
- Consult with users and vendors to resolve system faults
- Provide first and second-level troubleshooting for technical issues
- Collaborate with store personnel and support teams
- Travel to store locations for system implementations
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for proactive system improvements
- Document system architecture and operations
- Participate in on-call rotation outside business hours
- Contribute to broader team and enterprise goals
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-5 years of related experience
- 2+ years of Help Desk experience over the phone
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite installation and support
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to type 40–50 words per minute with accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meraki and PuTTY
- Proficiency in AI-assisted diagnostics
