Position: Senior Software Developer
Compensation: $45 – 55 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Complete sprint and project commitments on time
- Assist with team workload balance proactively
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environment
- Follow and promote SDLC processes
- Develop and document technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
- Troubleshoot and suggest fixes for existing problems
- Mentor and guide Associates and Developers
- Lead AI initiatives to enhance team efficiency
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with C# .Net, RESTful APIs, SQL
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub
- Experience with Agile philosophies and Scrum practices
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
- Knowledge of AI agent usage in business processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
