Position: Senior Software Developer

Compensation: $45 – 55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Complete sprint and project commitments on time
• Assist with team workload balance proactively
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environment
• Follow and promote SDLC processes
• Develop and document technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
• Troubleshoot and suggest fixes for existing problems
• Mentor and guide Associates and Developers
• Lead AI initiatives to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-8 years of software development experience
• Proficiency with C# .Net, RESTful APIs, SQL
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub
• Experience with Agile philosophies and Scrum practices
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
• Knowledge of AI agent usage in business processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
