Position: Project Engineer

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic and growing company specializing in engineered HVAC and refrigeration systems. The Project Engineer will oversee the design and production of HVAC&R equipment, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project management. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects with a focus on growth and development within the industry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee design and production of HVAC&R equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Document technical data for projects
• Monitor and communicate project status and developments
• Lead or participate in organizational efforts
• Assist designers with structural design using CAD software
• Specify system components for engineering design compliance
• Research and analyze customer design proposals
• Provide feedback on customer problems and needs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 0-5 years related experience
• Knowledge of HVAC&R manufacturing methods
• Advanced familiarity with HVAC&R equipment and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• FE license preferred
• Experience in refrigeration system design
• Stable job history in manufacturing
• HVAC specific experience
