Position: Site Civil Engineer
Compensation: $ 130,000 – $ 150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead diverse, complex site development projects
- Collaborate with architecture, structural, MEP, and construction teams
- Mentor younger designers and engineers
- Influence design approaches and client outcomes
- Work on utilities, grading, drainage, stormwater, and infrastructure
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- 8+ years of site civil design experience
- Strong technical expertise in site development
- Experience across utilities, grading, and stormwater
- Ability to lead projects and mentor others
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with diverse client sectors
- Knowledge of regional and national project delivery
- Active affiliation with professional service organizations
- Conference attendance and licensure support
