Position: Site Civil Engineer

Compensation: $ 130,000 – $ 150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead diverse, complex site development projects
• Collaborate with architecture, structural, MEP, and construction teams
• Mentor younger designers and engineers
• Influence design approaches and client outcomes
• Work on utilities, grading, drainage, stormwater, and infrastructure

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 8+ years of site civil design experience
• Strong technical expertise in site development
• Experience across utilities, grading, and stormwater
• Ability to lead projects and mentor others

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with diverse client sectors
• Knowledge of regional and national project delivery
• Active affiliation with professional service organizations
• Conference attendance and licensure support
