Position: Collections Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $20 – $20 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Collections Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Are you ready to jump into an exciting opportunity where you can make a real impact? We have two immediate openings for Collections CSR professionals to assist in recouping funds. This role offers a chance to showcase your customer service skills while navigating important financial conversations. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Contact clients regarding incorrect payments
• Explain repayment options professionally
• Handle card payments over the phone
• Maintain detailed records of interactions
• Collaborate with the CSR team to improve processes
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Navigate sensitive conversations with ease

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service roles
• Comfortable handling financial transactions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive client interactions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in collections or similar roles
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefits management
• Previous experience in a CSR department
