Position: Help Desk Analyst

Compensation: $22 – $28/hour, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join their team for a 12 week engagement!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver Tier I – III IT support at corporate office
• Manage service ticketing queue efficiently
• Administer cloud SaaS environments
• Image, configure, and distribute computer systems
• Prepare and update support documentation
• Collaborate on maintenance of virtual and cloud environments
• Track service requests for process improvement
• Communicate effectively with end users and team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365
• Strong PC hardware skills
• Experience with VMWare environments and SaaS solutions
• Excellent documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CompTIA A+ certification or a complete IT degree
• Administration of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Working knowledge of networking hardware
