Compensation: $110,00 – $130,000, annually, depending on experience

Position: Division Order Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Division Order Analyst to join their team!

Responsible for setting up and maintaining ownership records for oil & gas assets, ensuring accurate revenue distribution and compliance. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage ownership changes and resolve title-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain divisions of interest (DOIs) for operated and non-operated properties
• Review title documents (leases, assignments, probate, etc.) to determine ownership
• Process ownership changes (WI/RI transfers) and prepare division orders
• Partner with Land, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate revenue setup
• Respond to owner and internal inquiries related to ownership and payments
• Maintain accurate data in land/revenue systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Energy Managerment or related field
• 5+ years of Division Order or related oil & gas experience
• Strong understanding of title documents and ownership structures
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with land/revenue systems (Quorum a plus)
• CDOA certification
