Position: Tax Accountant

Compensation: $65,000 – $82,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare sales, use, income, and property tax returns
• Analyze transactions for correct tax treatment
• Communicate with tax jurisdictions
• Assist in audits and perform tax research
• Provide customer service to support branch operations
• Participate in team trainings to enhance skills

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-4 years of tax accounting experience
• Degree in accounting, data analytics, or tax
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with multistate tax compliance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Alteryx, CCH-Answerconnect, OneSource RS Express
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365, OneSource Determination, or PowerBI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
