Position: Tier 2 IT Support

Compensation: $ 25 – 35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 2 IT Support to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide standard hardware and software support
• Deliver proactive and reactive AV support
• Deploy and set up hardware efficiently
• Conduct basic networking tasks
• Manage low-level orientations
• Support enterprise ticketing systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Windows 11 or Windows 10
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Intune Administration skills
• Active Directory knowledge
• Azure experience
