Position: Fleet Coordinator

Compensation: $38 – $44/hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Fleet Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role supporting the equipment division's fleet operations. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with management, solve day-to-day challenges, and grow within the company. The role is open due to immediate needs and offers the potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate truck fleet operations and manage equipment needs
• Gain to have full ownership on DOT
• Maintain records and perform data entry tasks
• Handle titling and licensing of fleet
• Strong documentation and process improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• DOT experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with freight

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with fleet management or Department of Transportation
• Background in collision and insurance claims
• Experience in freight trucking or dealership backend operations
