Position: Jira Administrator

Compensation: $55 – $70/hr (depending on experience) 

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Jira Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather requirements and optimize JIRA Software/ITSM/Confluence
• Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence
• Evaluate and configure JIRA plug-ins and determine licensing needs
• Define JIRA workflows and screen schemes for complex projects
• Generate documentation on JIRA workflows and processes
• Develop and maintain integrations between JIRA and other systems
• Train end users on JIRA features and provide ongoing support
• Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports
• Configure and manage development and testing sandboxes
• Support JIRA and Confluence users

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years’ experience supporting JIRA
• Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks
• Strong grasp of Web Technologies (Cloud/AWS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java)
• Experience with ITIL support framework
• Ability to create logic flow charts and process diagrams
