Position: Director of Finance

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of Finance to join their team!

Join a leading global manufacturer specializing in heat exchangers with a rich history since the 1920s. This role is a backfill position due to internal movement, offering a unique opportunity to direct financial planning and accounting practices. The company is open to relocation for the right candidate, providing a chance to influence strategic financial decisions and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Direct financial planning and accounting practices
• Develop and implement fiscal functions and policies
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership
• Enhance cash flow projection processes
• Negotiate sales and operating contracts
• Manage tax compliance and filings
• Develop employee incentive programs
• Oversee insurance programs to mitigate risks
• Participate in executive management responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• Seven years of related experience
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior financial and accounting skills
• Expert knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Master’s Degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant designation
• Proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of Made2Manage or similar financial applications
