Position: Production Data Analyst

Compensation: $72,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze production specifications to optimize manufacturing processes
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on various factors
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely material availability
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Prepare detailed reports on production performance and costs
• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting timelines
• Forecast production costs and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2-3 years of data analytics experience
• 2-3 years in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics position
• Proficiency in production planning software like SAP, Oracle, Excel
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms like PowerBI

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with capacity planning and removing bottlenecks
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Made2Manage
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Manufacturing experience in similar industries
