Position: FP&A Analyst

Compensation: $48 – $50 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled FP&A Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic finance team in a contract position focused on improving Excel-based reporting processes. This role is essential to alleviate manual workload from senior team members, enhancing data integrity and usability. Step into a technical environment where your Excel expertise will drive significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Rebuild and enhance Excel-based financial reports
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies in spreadsheets
• Link and align data across disconnected reports
• Repair broken reporting structures
• Support FP&A processes, including forecasting
• Work with large datasets ensuring accuracy
• Create structured outputs for leadership reporting
• Translate Excel work into visual outputs
• Streamline manual reporting processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced Excel capabilities, including Power Pivot
• Proficiency in VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
• Experience with data modeling
• Proven ability to rebuild Excel reporting structures
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• FP&A experience with forecasting exposure
• Ability to create leadership reporting outputs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools
• Comfort working in Google Sheets
• Exposure to operational or logistics-heavy environments
