Position: Lease Accounting Analyst
Compensation: $45 – $60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Lease Accounting Analyst to join their team!
Join a dynamic team tackling critical projects in lease accounting! This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by clearing backlog and ensuring accurate financial operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Validate sales-based rent payments for accuracy
- Review sales data and identify discrepancies
- Ensure proper billing and refunds to franchisees
- Escalate issues and discrepancies promptly
- Log transactions accurately into software systems
- Collaborate with team to clear accounting backlog
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years accounting experience
- Lease/property accounting expertise preferred
- ERP experience, preferably Oracle Cloud
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in large company environments
- Strong analytical skills
