Position: Lease Accounting Analyst

Compensation: $45 – $60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Lease Accounting Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team tackling critical projects in lease accounting! This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by clearing backlog and ensuring accurate financial operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Validate sales-based rent payments for accuracy
• Review sales data and identify discrepancies
• Ensure proper billing and refunds to franchisees
• Escalate issues and discrepancies promptly
• Log transactions accurately into software systems
• Collaborate with team to clear accounting backlog

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-8 years accounting experience
• Lease/property accounting expertise preferred
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle Cloud

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in large company environments
• Strong analytical skills
