Position: Compensation Analyst

Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compensation Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic organization where you will play a critical role in shaping competitive compensation programs. As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders to align compensation structures with market trends and business strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth initiatives and ensure equity and competitiveness in compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze and design compensation structures and programs
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking
• Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
• Support compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions
• Assist with annual compensation reviews and incentive planning
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in compensation analysis or related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Experience in oil and gas industry preferred
• Knowledge of compensation frameworks and market surveys
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with pay-for-performance initiatives
• Familiarity with incentive planning
• Understanding of job evaluations
