Position: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst – Manufacturing
Compensation: $ 60,000 – 64,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst – Manufacturing to join their team!

As an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting financial operations, ensuring smooth vendor payments, and managing customer receivables. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that values growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices for raw materials and supplies
- Perform 3-way matching to ensure invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement to resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor payments and optimize terms
- Generate and issue invoices for finished goods
- Collaborate with sales for accurate billing
- Monitor customer credit limits and assist with assessments
- Lead collections efforts for key accounts
- Support month-end close and reconcile subledgers
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–5 years experience in AP/AR, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of inventory flow and procurement processes
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with EDI invoicing
- Knowledge of internal controls
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
