Position: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst – Manufacturing

Compensation: $ 60,000 – 64,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst – Manufacturing to join their team!

As an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting financial operations, ensuring smooth vendor payments, and managing customer receivables. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that values growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices for raw materials and supplies
• Perform 3-way matching to ensure invoice accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement to resolve discrepancies
• Manage vendor payments and optimize terms
• Generate and issue invoices for finished goods
• Collaborate with sales for accurate billing
• Monitor customer credit limits and assist with assessments
• Lead collections efforts for key accounts
• Support month-end close and reconcile subledgers
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–5 years experience in AP/AR, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of inventory flow and procurement processes
• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with EDI invoicing
• Knowledge of internal controls
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
