Position: IT Project Manager

Compensation: $65-$75/hr, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead the upgrade project from initiation to stabilization
• Manage integrated project plans with milestones and dependencies
• Coordinate across various teams and external vendors
• Establish project governance and meeting cadence
• Produce executive-ready status reports
• Maintain a RAID/action log for risk management
• Implement and manage change control processes
• Track budget and vendor spend against approved funding
• Coordinate testing, cutover, and stabilization phases

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience leading enterprise application upgrade projects
• Strong project management execution skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven follow-through and meeting facilitation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Enablon or EHS/compliance systems
• Experience with enterprise software platforms
• Experience supporting Environmental Compliance teams
• Experience managing application migrations or system upgrades
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent experience
