Position: HR Coordinator
Compensation: $25 – $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Coordinator to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as an HR Coordinator, where you’ll be instrumental in supporting HR operations. This contract position is open due to increased demand and will run through mid to late July, potentially extending into early August. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your HR expertise in a role that requires 100% onsite presence, offering a chance to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist with onboarding processes and job postings
- Coordinate and manage I9s and other HR documentation
- Support benefits administration and orientation sessions
- Collaborate with HR team to streamline processes
- Provide general HR support and assistance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of HR-related experience
- Proficiency in onboarding and HR documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with orientation and training sessions
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
