Position: IT Support

Compensation: $29 – $34 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support to join their team!

Join a well-established company with over 70 years of history, offering growth opportunities and a family-oriented team environment. This role supports 130 internal users, handling everything from basic to tier 3 issues, and reports directly to the management. You will be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving complex issues. This is a backfill position, providing a chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide end-to-end technical support for internal users
• Manage 10-20 tickets per day for hardware, software, and user issues
• Own day-to-day support operations, including troubleshooting and resolution
• Handle basic networking and system-related tasks
• Operate independently and escalate issues to engineers as needed
• Travel to other sites as needed for issue resolution
• Work onsite 90% of the time, Monday-Friday, 8-5

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong Office 365 and troubleshooting experience
• Experience in managing technical support operations
• Ability to handle tier 3 issues independently
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with basic networking tasks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role supporting a large number of users
• Familiarity with system-related tasks
