Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Compensation: $45 – $53 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!

The role is open due to expansion needs, offering a chance to be part of a collaborative and fun team culture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations/field-related roles
• Source and attract top talent with a hunter mentality
• Handle approximately 25–35 active requisitions
• Collaborate with leadership for strategic hiring initiatives
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven full-cycle recruiting skills
• Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage high-demand req loads
• Stable work history with no excessive job hopping
