Position: Recruiter

Compensation: $20 – $25/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiter to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Recruiter, where you'll be instrumental in managing a high volume of entry-level positions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with a talented team, taking over a requisition load of 10-20 roles. The company is experiencing rapid growth and needs extra hands to manage the influx of new positions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from prescreen to onboarding
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle entry-level roles like accounting clerks and CSRs
• Ensure smooth onboarding and equipment ordering
• Utilize ATS systems for applicant tracking

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS systems like SuccessFactors
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Familiarity with entry-level role recruitment
