Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $90,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic team that specializes in advanced security solutions, working on exciting projects like casinos, hospitals, and more. This opportunity arises as a backfill due to an internal promotion, offering you the chance to step into a senior-level role with room for growth. As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of managing enterprise-level projects, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide updates to management on projects/jobs
• Collaborate with the sales team on project design
• Ensure quality control on installations
• Coordinate with subcontractors
• Conduct project meetings for key accounts
• Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication
• Manage technicians or subcontractors on complex projects
• Handle escalated customer calls as needed
• Complete projects as requested by management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• PMP certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of CCTV, access control, burglary systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS and Google Suite
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle registration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in security, construction, or telecom
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with sales, installation, billing systems
