Position: Network Technician

Compensation: $42,000 – $53,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Network Technician, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting network operations across multiple clinics. This hands-on position requires onsite presence to ensure seamless network and voice support. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide onsite network support at clinics in Northeast Oklahoma
• Assist with Cisco UC solutions and cellular/mobility solutions
• Troubleshoot voice-related tickets and phone replacements
• Support router/switch team with hardware installations
• Collaborate with network engineers for onsite troubleshooting
• Participate in on-call rotation for network issue escalation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in network support
• Knowledge of Cisco UC solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot network hardware
• Technical school or college background

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with overhead paging systems
• Familiarity with call tree configurations
• Previous experience in healthcare network support
