Compensation: $60-$65/hr (Depending on experience) 

Location: Findlay, OH

Position: IT System Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT System Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage server, storage, and network infrastructure
• Support Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell)
• Administer VMware / Hyper-V environments and ensure performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot system issues and support upgrades, patching, and security
• Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and system reliability
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to maintain uptime

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell)
• Hands-on VMware or Hyper-V experience
• Solid infrastructure background (servers, compute, storage, networking)
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Understanding of basic networking (VPNs, firewalls, segmentation)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• OT environment experience (SCADA, DCS)
• SCCM and automation experience
• Advanced PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to compliance/security frameworks
