Position: Outbound Call Coordinator

Compensation: $20 – $27/hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outbound Call Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll manage high-volume outbound calls, support operational goals, and contribute to the company’s success. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for data management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Dive into a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily
• Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes
• Enter and verify data in internal systems
• Use Excel to track call metrics and generate reports
• Collaborate to meet call targets
• Identify trends in call data
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide general administrative support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in outbound calling or call center operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• High accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Comfortable with CRM systems or database software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in appointment setting or lead generation
• Intermediate Excel skills like pivot tables
• Familiarity with call automation platforms
