Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $80 – $90 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you’ll lead ERP and procurement optimization initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic projects alongside Finance, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership. The position is open due to expansion efforts and a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead end-to-end project management for ERP initiatives
• Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud projects for Procurement and Finance
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Analyze procurement processes for automation improvements
• Drive optimization of Oracle ERP modules
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for successful integrations
• Lead data migration and change management efforts
• Develop project documentation and status reports

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10 years of project management experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
• Experience with ERP integrations and data migration
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience within manufacturing or energy environments
• Exposure to supplier management and sourcing optimization
• Experience partnering with Oracle implementation partners
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
