Compensation: $80,000-$90,000

Location: Boulder, CO

Position: Financial Analyst 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple departments
• Partner with business stakeholders to manage spend and explain financial performance
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial commentary for leadership
• Support ongoing improvements to reporting, models, and processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of finance/accounting experience in an FP&A or similar role
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across all levels
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Manufacturing or operational finance exposure
• Experience supporting large, cross-functional stakeholder groups
