Position: Analyst HR Technology
Compensation: $ 95,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

You'll be responsible for shaping and optimizing their HR technology platform, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is open due to the need for someone with a strong background in Workday configurations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Configure learning and benefits modules within Workday
- Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Collaborate on system upgrades and enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and support integrations
- Work closely with HR leaders and technical teams
- Provide guidance as a Workday subject matter expert
- Improve workflows and solve complex problems
- Document and configure business processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HR Systems experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience
- 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience
- Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables)
- Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
