Position: Analyst HR Technology

Compensation: $ 95,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Analyst HR Technology to join their team!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company as an Analyst HR Technology. You'll be responsible for shaping and optimizing their HR technology platform, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is open due to the need for someone with a strong background in Workday configurations. If you're eager to collaborate with a dynamic team and make a significant impact, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Configure learning and benefits modules within Workday
  • Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Collaborate on system upgrades and enhancements
  • Ensure data integrity and support integrations
  • Work closely with HR leaders and technical teams
  • Provide guidance as a Workday subject matter expert
  • Improve workflows and solve complex problems
  • Document and configure business processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of HR Systems experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience
  • 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience
  • Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables)
  • Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
