Position: Technical Support Specialist

Compensation: $ 60,000 – 90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Configure and maintain PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install and support desktop hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Set up user accounts and manage shared drives.
  • Perform onsite maintenance and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate on system improvements and projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Apple/macOS environments.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or similar.
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
