Position: Senior Software Developer

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Leawood, KS (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and develop complex software components
• Lead technical design and code reviews
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Enforce coding best practices across the team
• Create and execute unit tests
• Maintain system documentation
• Propose features for scalability and performance
• Provide effort estimates for requirements
• Collaborate with architects on coding practices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in software development and design
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications
• Proficiency in micro-service architecture
• Strong technical skills in architectural patterns
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of algorithmic analysis and design

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Scrum and Kanban
• Advanced knowledge in third-party development tools
• Understanding of hardware compatibility and operating systems
