Position: Software Developer

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Leawood, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
• Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Follow coding standards and development best practices
• Create and execute unit tests for software components
• Collaborate with architects and product teams for high-quality solutions
• Contribute ideas to improve scalability and performance
• Assist in estimating development effort and timelines

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of modern development tools and application platforms
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
