Position: Junior Developer
Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Leawood, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and develop software applications and components
- Collaborate with senior developers on new features
- Participate in code reviews to improve quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Create and execute unit tests for development tasks
- Document application functionality and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Build foundational knowledge of cloud technologies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years of software development experience
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and web development
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to modern programming languages
- Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures
