Position: Junior Developer

Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Leawood, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and develop software applications and components
• Collaborate with senior developers on new features
• Participate in code reviews to improve quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Create and execute unit tests for development tasks
• Document application functionality and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Build foundational knowledge of cloud technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1-3 years of software development experience
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and web development
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to modern programming languages
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures
